Go back a ways, the filibusters such as William Walker that tried to take over Latin America, The Mexican American War, that's a couple of old ones. More recent, going to Vietnam, Reagan in Nicaragua, Boycotting Cuba which hurts Cubans not Fidel, helping Pinochet stay in power, training Bin Laden. There are a few ways we've hurt others around the world, just scratching the surface.
